Courtyard Miami Coconut Grove
The hotel underwent a multi-million-dollar complete interior reconstruction due to previous water damage caused from Hurricane Irma in 2017. Quest’s scope of work included select interior and exterior demolition and complete interior and exterior reconstruction of all MEP systems and architectural improvements to the existing structure. The hotel originally accommodated 196 keys but in the renovation plans, an additional four keys were added the property room count, totaling 200. In addition, all common areas of the hotel property were upgraded and providing a modernized and refreshed guest experience.
