Full renovation of 1950’s four story bank and Corporate Headquarters into new corporate offices for Sterling Organization. New exterior glass curtain wall skin with large-format tiled walls. Complete interior renovation of all four levels including the restoration cleaning of four bank vaults being repurposed as file and storage rooms on both levels. Rooftop open air terrace for employee’s lunchroom extension at 4th floor.
